Wireline Group was founded to fill a need in the Australian telecommunications market for an agile, ethical wholesaler and aggregator to serve the needs of the numerous small ISPs and integrator in Australia.

Wireline does not sell to consumers or small to medium enterprise so unlike most wholesalers, we will not be competing with your business.

Our staff have significant experience in the Australian Internet industry having spent several years at Telstra, Optus and Pacific Internet.

In 2011, we launched our innovative DPIaaS that provides network management QoS tools in the cloud to numerous service providers.

In 2012, we launched our innovative access product providing seamless access to NBN and DSL services.

In 2014, we rapidly grew and established our reputation as an agile wholesale service provider by rescuing customers of a collapsed wholesaler.

In 2015, we expanded our growth through strategic acquisitions.

In 2019, we acheived certification from nbnco and began our roll out of fibre directly to nbn™ points of interconnect (POI).

In 2020, we provisioned our 100,000th service and ran fibre to our 20th nbn POI with connectivity to all 121.

In 2021, we launched our app in the Google and Apple stores which allows our customers to manage their services on the go.

In 2023, we placed #10 in the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 awards recognising our phenominal 1,123% growth over the past 3 years.

In 2025, we achieved ISO 27001 and ISO 34001 security and risk management certification.

Quality and Certification

Wireline operates with formal delivery methodologies and processes. We have a documented and maintained quality, project governance, document management and environmental impact policies.

Wireline Group has acheived ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems, ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) v4.1 certification.
